GOOGLE NOW LETS YOU BOOKMARK IMAGE SEARCH RESULTS

To save users from taking screenshots, downloading or saving websites of images they come across and want to keep, Google has introduced a new image Bookmark Manager.

When a user has signed into their Google account, they will be able to tap any image online, and a small star will appear below the image. This acts as a bookmark in the same way as the stars for webpage bookmarks in the Chrome browser. Once starred, the images can then be organized into folders.

Folders may be created using the pencil icon, enabling users to quickly and easily save and sort images they come across.

The Bookmark Manager feature is on both Android and iOS, but is only currently available in the US.
